Pre-Sales Consultant - Northeast Region
Location :
Northeast US. Frequent travel throughout the northeast region of the United States

Perform as lead pre-sales consultant for the northeast territory. This includes supporting the regional sales representative on sales calls at prospect client sites or via internet conference calls. Typical responsibilities include conducting technical presentations, software demonstrations, leading proofs of concept (POC), understanding the business requirements as they relate to Exeros software and establishing additional relationships within the client. Sales consultants may be required to support the Exeros Alliance group, as well as other sales territories when scheduling conflicts occur.

Responsibilities include:
Provide technical support during the entire sales process at prospect client sites or via internet conferencing
Create, modify and deliver technical software presentations to prospects
Lead software Proofs of Concept, including defining business requirements, coordinating logistics, defining hardware requirements, conducting technical hands-on POC tasks and creating and presenting results presentation
Develop and nurture effective relationships with technical staff and functional stakeholders of prospective client companies
Conduct customer knowledge transfer to post-sales team after a sale is complete
Work with product management group to provide feedback regarding product requirements and feature requests
Support the Exeros Alliance / Partner team
Provide booth support at trade shows and conferences

Candidates need to meet these requirements:
5-10+ years of prior work experience as a technical Pre-Sales Consultant within a software organization
Excellent customer relationship skills, sales skills and business aptitude
Recent track record of successfully supporting enterprise software sales to global 500 companies
Ability to successfully complete demanding and complex Proofs of Concept, including coordinating activities with other groups (support, professional services, engineering and marketing) within the company
Excellent presentation and communication skills both in person or via internet conferencing
Solid understanding of MDM methodologies and technologies
Solid understanding of ETL and /or EAI methodologies
Familiarity with industry ETL tools (i.e. Data Integrator, PowerCenter, DataStage, Ab Initio) or EAI tools
Solid SQL, Oracle 10G skills. Additional experience with DB2,  MS SQL Server or Teradata is a plus.
Familiarity with Window XP and/or UNIX
Industry focus in financial services, insurance, consumer products, manufacturing or telecommunications preferred.
Four-year college degree, preferably in computer science or business.
Willingness and ability to travel 40 – 60% and work in remote sites

Account Manager

The Account Manager is an experienced sales position focused on targeted sales efforts and customer relationship management in a territory. Individuals will be responsible for developing opportunities, setting sales strategy, competitive positioning and account plan execution in selling various Exeros product solutions to customers and prospects. Expectations and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, attainment of assigned revenue quotas, accurate forecasting, customer presentations, working in a team environment to manage complex sales cycles, and to ensure customer success.

Candidates need to meet these requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of quota-achieving direct solution selling enterprise data integration software sales experience
Able to prioritize and work in a multi-tasking environment
A self-motivator with a committed attitude, able to work independently – preferably having worked in a start-up
Comfort in building relationships and working at the C-Level of an organization
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to sell in a team environment and comfortable working with cross functional teams

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Professional Services Consultant
Location:
The ideal candidate will be located in New York City metro, Chicago, San Jose or Phoenix.  However, since this position requires travel, the location can be flexible for the right candidate.

This person will perform as lead analyst/consultant in Exeros customer implementations.  Exeros projects fall predominantly in the master data management (MDM), sensitive data discovery, data governance, data lineage, ETL migration and data Migration areas.  Industry focus includes financial services, insurance, manufacturing, consumer products and telecommunications. Exeros consultants provide leadership to client and Exeros personnel in preparing project deliverables and communications to ensure successful implementation and 100% referenceable customers.

Responsibilities include:
Guide design and implementation activities on Exeros projects
Provide support, project management and system performance management during the implementation life cycle
Assist sales team with new business development and identification of follow-on opportunities at existing customers (cross-selling and up-selling)
Use and understand company tools for the development of procedures, scripts and interfaces required to ensure that the software solution meets the customer’s requirement
Take an active role in developing and improving implementation methodologies
Provide guidance and mentoring to other Professional Services consultants
Take an active role in developing training courses and material.  This includes Class Room, Web Based and Computer Based Training courses.

Candidates need to meet these requirements:
5-10+ years of prior work experience in a technical consulting environment
Excellent customer relationship and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of master data management (MDM) concepts and technologies.  Technologies include those from Initiate Systems, Siperian, Kalido and other MDM vendors.
Solid understanding of ETL and /or EAI methodology
Solid SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL methodology
Oracle DBA skills, with additional experience on DB2 or MS SQL Server

Senior Performance Test Engineer

Senior Technical Support Engineer
Provide excellent quality and highly responsive support to Exeros customers, partners, and sales consultants by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing or supporting installations and working in a team environment to improve the quality of our products.

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:
Reproducing, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues raised by our customers, partners, and OEMs
Filing bugs and enhancement requests and working with engineering and product management to get them addressed
Developing and maintaining articles in the Support knowledge base
Working with our Development, QA and Documentation departments to improve overall product quality and usability
Pitching in anywhere you can to improve the quality of our product and our customer support

May perform installations, provide support for field trials, demos and sales and marketing efforts, and may provide 24x7 technical support as required. Travel up to 10% of the time.

Candidates need to meet these requirements:
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving difficult technical issues dealing with enterprise software
Demonstrated experience in handling escalated issues and dealing with challenging customers
Ability to come up to speed quickly on difficult technical issues
Ability to take ownership of an issue and drive it to a successful conclusion

A key initiative in our upcoming release is to provide a set of highly usable interfaces for discovering, defining, editing and debugging of source-to-target data maps and transformation logic. We're looking for a very senior and highly motivated individual to join this effort to help design, develop, enhance and maintain the Windows client-side components that constitute the new interfaces for this highly innovative and unique data mapping software platform.

Backend Software Engineer (multiple positions available)
Location : Santa Clara CA

Work with customer facing teams to understand customer use cases and product requirements. Develop new algorithms to discover data relationships between disparate data sets to address those issues. Build applications & products for customers. Implement new algorithms using J2EE, C++, and SQL.  Work on quality and performance improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve customer product usage issues.

The following knowledge and skills are required:

Masters Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field
Must have demonstrated skills in developing algorithms for complex enterprise applications and products using J2EE, C++, and SQL
