The senior management team at Exeros has combined industry experience of over 75 years with both large companies such as IBM, HP, Sybase, Informatica, Netscape and Informix, and startups, including Acta and Promeria Software.
Mr. Gupta has a proven record of delivering enterprise software to the marketplace over the last 20 years. Prior to Exeros Mr. Gupta was founder and CEO of Promeria Software, a venture funded supplier of eSourcing software for the procurement of direct materials, sold to Ariba during 2004. Prior to catching the entrepreneurial bug in 1999, Mr. Gupta was a Vice-President at Informix Software where he managed a software organization of 200 people with cradle to grave responsibility for several product areas including database servers, middleware and systems management. Prior to that, Mr. Gupta held various technical and management positions at the IBM Corporation. He was responsible for delivering IBM's pioneering enterprise information integration (EII) product, DataJoiner, to the market in 1995. Mr. Gupta started his IBM career at the Thomas J. Watson Research Center. Early in his career, he spent three years developing real-time software at Schlumberger. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur, a Masters in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Austin and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Gorelik is responsible for the company's technical vision, direction and product development. He spent the last 20 years developing cutting edge data-integration technology. Mr. Gorelik founded Exeros in 2002 after spending several years helping large IT organizations integrate their systems, and experiencing first-hand the challenges of mapping data in complex environments. From 1995 to 2000 Mr. Gorelik was co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects in 2002) where he spearheaded the development of Acta's industry leading data extract-transform-and-load, or ETL, solution ActaWorks, and one of the first enterprise information integration (EII) products, ActaWorks Real-Time. Prior to Acta, Mr. Gorelik managed development of the Replication Server product at Sybase and worked on Sybase's strategy for enterprise application integration (EAI). Earlier, he worked on database kernels at Amdahl Design Automation group. Mr. Harrison has over 20 years experience managing field operations at leading enterprise software companies. Prior to Exeros, Mr. Harrison was executive vice president in charge of direct and channel sales worldwide for Informatica. He joined Informatica as vice president of sales in 1995 and played a significant role in taking the company public in 1999 and growing annual revenues to exceed $250M at the time of his departure in 2004. Previously, Mr. Harrison was with Oracle when the company purchased IRI Software. At IRI, Mr. Harrison was a key member of the management team that grew an OLAP software business from $7 million in 1991 to one that Oracle purchased for $100 million four years later. He came to IRI with 10 years of experience in a number of application software areas, gained from positions at Pilot Software, Thorn EMI and British Steel. Mr. Harrison holds a B.S. in operational research and economics from Aston University.
Mr. Goldman comes to Exeros with over 15 years experience as a general manager and marketing executive. Before joining Exeros, Mr. Goldman was Vice President of Marketing for ScaleMP, a venture-funded company supplying enterprise middleware software to OEM computer manufacturers. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager at America Online/Netscape where he oversaw the company's Shop@AOL, Netscape Search, and Netscape Small Business services. Mr. Goldman joined AOL as part of its acquisition of Netscape where he was Director of Product Marketing for the Netscape Directory and Security products. Before joining Netscape, he held various marketing and management positions at Hewlett-Packard working on products such as HP OpenView for Telecom and HP OpenMail/X.400. Todd has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S.E.E. from Northwestern University.

Mr. Rajvanshy is responsible for the company's engineering and customer support. Before joining Exeros in late 2004, Mr. Rajvanshy was VP of Engineering at Promeria Software, a supplier of eSourcing software for the procurement of direct materials, acquired by Ariba in 2004. Prior to Promeria, Mr. Rajvanshy was a Director of Engineering in the Weblogic Integration group at BEA Systems and at RealCommunities Inc., an infrastructure software startup in the social networking space.
Mr. Rajvanshy previously held various technical and management positions at Informix Software in the database management tools group. Early in his career, he worked for Autodesk, leading the development of the AutoCAD Data Extension product and for Unisys in various technical and leadership roles for FAST, an object oriented, client-server application development tool. Mr. Rajvanshy holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA from California Lutheran University. |
